Art Historian and Museum Interpreter

I am a museum interpreter, educator, and scholar of modern and contemporary art.

I am currently the Manager of Interpretation at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis. I have held education and curatorial positions at the Whitney Museum of American Art and Dia Art Foundation. I have also taught courses at Baruch College, CUNY, and worked with students and faculty at Hostos Community College, CUNY. Combining my professional experience in art publishing and museums, and education experience in galleries and classrooms, I work at the intersections of art historical research, curatorial strategy, and interpretive design.

I completed my PhD at the CUNY Graduate Center in 2025. My doctoral research focused on food, the body, and US performance art in the 1960s and 1970s. This research was supported by fellowships at the Smithsonian American Art Museum and the CUNY Graduate Center.
